Cappadocia Red Tour Program Duration: Full Day (Approx. 7-8 hours) Pick-up from Hotel (around 09:30 AM) • A professional guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cappadocia. 1. Uçhisar Castle Panorama • Time: 30 minutes • A great starting point, Uçhisar Castle is the highest point in Cappadocia, offering a panoramic view of the fairy chimneys, rock formations, and valleys. 2. Zelve Open-Air Museum • Time: 1.5 hours • A UNESCO World Heritage Site, Zelve Open-Air Museum is home to ancient cave churches with stunning frescoes that date back to the 10th century. You'll explore rock-carved chapels and monasteries. 3. Çavuşin Village • Time: 45 minutes • Visit this old Greek village with its rock-cut homes and churches. You'll explore the Church of St. John the Baptist, which offers great views of the surrounding area. 4. Avanos (Pottery Town) • Time: 1 hour • This town is famous for its traditional pottery, crafted from the clay of the Red River. You will visit a local workshop where you can watch artisans at work and even try your hand at pottery making. Lunch (Included) • Time: 1 hour • Enjoy a traditional Turkish meal at a local restaurant in Avanos. 5. Paşabağ (Monks Valley) • Time: 1 hour • Also known as Monks Valley, this area features some of the most striking fairy chimneys with multiple mushroom-shaped tops. The landscape is surreal and perfect for photography. 6. Devrent Valley (Imagination Valley) • Time: 45 minutes • Famous for its rock formations resembling animals and various objects, Devrent Valley is a place where you can let your imagination run wild. Look out for the camel-shaped rock formation! 7. Ürgüp • Time: 45 minutes • Visit the famous fairy chimneys in Ürgüp and admire the beautiful landscape. This area is also known for its wine production, and you can visit a local wine house for a tasting.
